Protecting Your Legal Status

• Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Article 7
• Protected the superior lien of the warehouse
  operator over other creditors, particularly banks
  and financial institutions.
• Secured the adoption of the revised UCC Article 7
  in leading states and working to secure the
  adoption in all states.
• 3PL Definition in state and international trade
• Worked with Florida to pass model legislation,
  which accurately defined the role of the 3PL in
  the chain of custody for controlled
  pharmaceuticals.
• Secured from Congress a 3PL amendment on the
  chain of custody regulations in the Consumer
  Product Safety Commission Reform Act.
• Working with Canadian and U.S. chemical
  distributors to standardize best practices for
  the storage of chemicals in 3PLs in North
  America.
