- Approved suppliers will turn Orange as they
approach expiry. - Then turn Red if they are allowed to expire.
- Items requiring calibration will appear Orange in
the Calibration Register as they approach expiry. - Then turn Red if they are allowed to expire.
- Insurance Policies will turn Orange in the
Insurance Register as they approach expiry. - Then turn Red if they are allowed to expire.
- Records required that have not been filed will
appear Red in the Forms Register.
- Procedures that contain CCPs or CQPs will
appear Red in the Procedure Index. - Procedures that contain CPs will appear Blue in
the Procedure Index. - Procedures that contain QPs will appear Green in
the Procedure Index. - Colour coded CCP, CP, CQP and QP counts appear in
the Procedure Index. - Blanks in Hazard Analysis Worksheets, HACCP Audit
Table and Validation Schedule will be highlighted
in Red. (Specify..) will come up.
