Scan ICT Position in NICI

• Evaluation is done true the goals. Every year
  there is a report of the plans based on the
  master implementation plan.
• There are 6 priorities (www.infopol.gov.mz)
• There is a very high political commitment, there
  results of the political commitment. The
  commitment can be seen by some examples like
• Criation of a National Commission for ICT
• Criation of a regulator institution for
  Telecommunication INCM
• Criation of Ministry of Science and Technology
• Creation of Mozambique Information and
  Communication Institute
• Strong investments in Infra-structure (Lighting,
  fiber optic)
• Community centers with basic digital resources
  services like Internet, printing facilities
• Schoolnet project
