• Dwindling resources has pushed us to more closely
  evaluate our use of the Earths inherent

  Engineers have been forced to reevaluate the

Conclusion

• Wear is the number one obstacle in the design of
  100 percent green sailboards, not stress
  concentrations as previously thought.
• The use of straight cuts and symmetry in design
  equates to a dramatic reduction of waste in the
  manufacturing process.
