Wall System
The ULTOMEGA Wall System is an innovative
solution for constructing and insulating a
buildings envelope with walls which require only
one product that utilize only one type of
tradesman for low labor overhead.

Features
Continuous Insulation-When layed up, the
individual EPS inserts to form a continuous
insulation barrier against heat, cold, moisture
and sound. Substantial Thermal Lag- The ULTOMEGA
Wall System provides a thermal lag of 65 hours
compared to 12 hours for a standard CMU
wall. Insulated thermal mass- Moisture and mold
resistant- Because the inserts are made of
non-organic materials, mold growth is inhibited.
Water vapor transmission is less than 1.17 and
the water absorption is less than 2 when
producers mix designs include integral water
repellent add mixtures. Environmentally
Friendly-The EPS is non-toxic and no formaldehyde
or hydro-fluorides (CFC's) are used during
production.

• Webless design
• Sound Insulation- This system is rated at a sound
  transmission class of 53.
• Conventional Installation-The individual blocks
  arrive at the job site ready to be laid up by the
  mason without any preliminary preparation.
• Aesthetically Flexible-This outside module can be
  made in a variety of conventional and custom face
  designs split face, split ribbed, ground face,
  scored, and standard smooth-face.
