Personal access to your house.
You enter the building conveniently by making
contact with a finger, keying in a code or simply
carrying a transponder key. The door is opened
automatically, the alarm system is deactivated, a
suitable light scene is set, heating is raised in
certain rooms and selected music sounds. Your
house knows when you're there and thinks for
itself.

Perfect scene-setting.
Lighting, blinds, heating, TV and music control
can be linked as scenarios. If for example the
"television" scene is activated, the blinds are
lowered, the lighting is dimmed and the
television and hi-fi system are switched on.

Blinds and awnings that think for themselves.
Blinds and awnings are automatically raised and
lowered depending upon brightness, sunrise and
sunset as well as the time of day. Automatic
shading creates additional cooling on
particularly hot days, whereas the blinds remain
raised during the day on sunny winter days.
Moreover, in case of a gathering storm, blinds
and awnings go into safety position for
self-protection.

Warmth precisely where it is needed.
Intelligent heating control enables automatic
heating of the rooms according to needs, based on
time control and sensor evaluation. If a window
or door is opened, the heating briefly switches
off. This increases comfort and reduces costs.
Additionally, consumption data can be called up
at any time via central control points.

Optimum air quality with minimum ventilation load.
Continuous analysis of the air quality enables
need-based control of the ventilation system with
heat recovery. This achieves optimum air with
minimum ventilation load, thus keeping heat loss
low. The system also promptly informs you about
a pending replacement of the air filter or in
case of malfunctions.

Automatically switching energy-saving mode.
The building detects when its occupants are out
and automatically switches to an energy-saving
mode. This can be triggered for example when the
house door is locked twice. Energy-saving mode
reduces the flow temperature of the heating
boiler and the service water temperature,
switches off all lights, closes the windows and
separates selected consumers from the mains.

Recording and evaluating consumption data.
The operating and consumption data e.g. for
water, gas, heating oil and electricity is
recorded by sensors and can be viewed and
evaluated in clear diagrams. Developments
throughout the entire year can thus be documented
and projections made. This not only indicates
potential for savings but also spares you from
unpleasant surprises at the end of the year.

Multimedia entertainment in every room.
With a multiroom system, your music collection
can be shared and controlled throughout the
entire house. It is controlled with operating
units in various rooms. In addition, it is also
possible to integrate the music control simply
into room scenes.

Your yard is not the only place taken care of
with a green thumb.
Watering your yard now happens all by itself
using the measured data of a weather station,
ground sensors in the soil and the weather
forecast from the Internet, watering is exactly
custom-made. If the system signals that the
cistern is empty, it switches to fresh water and
the owner is informed immediately. This ensures
convenience, saves on resources and therefore
also saves money.

Always safe at home.
Your house informs you about open windows and
doors, the development of a fire or malfunctions
to heating systems, ventilation systems and
household devices, and signals movement or
undesired access to the property, when and where
you want. Display is via central visualisation or
on mobile devices. In this way you can rest
assured and concentrate on the important things
in life.

Don't panic.
You hear a suspicious noise at night? With a
brief press of the panic switch, house and yard
lighting is switched on. In most cases, that
causes intruders to flee in panic. In case of
movement on the property, camera recording can
also be switched on in addition to the lighting.

Everything's safe, even when you're not there.
When you leave your house, an occupied-home
simulation switches lighting according to a
learned pattern, raises or lowers the blinds and
allows your house to appear occupied. Electricity
to selected consumers and water valves is
switched off for safety reasons, the alarm system
is activated and the windows are closed. If a
door is still open or a household device is
switched on, this is signaled when the building
is vacated.

Whether at the door, in the office or on the
television in the living room or bedroom you
see who is ringing the doorbell. If you are not
at home, photos of the visitors are recorded and
a direct speech connection is made to your mobile
phone.

Night mode.
Your house knows when you are asleep and
switches to night mode. The heating is reduced,
economical LED lights illuminate the way and
presence detectors only switch the light on in a
pleasant, dimmed brightness as soon as a movement
is detected in passageways or in the bathroom.

Wind and weather-resistant.
If there is adverse weather or a storm gathers,
your house detects this immediately and brings
itself into a state to withstand a storm
awnings are automatically retracted, shutters are
raised, and motor-operated windows, skylights
and garage doors are closed. The shutters on the

automatically lowered.
