Only two FRG applications were submitted during
this time and both were funded.
Funding success rate for federal grants new R01
research grants at NIH during the 2005 fiscal
year was 17.9 and success rate for all new
grants was 18.8. Funding success rate for
federal grants is from the NIH Office of
Extramural Research data posted for Fiscal year
2005.
