• Wellness challenge available to ALL CCC
  employees
• Participants earn feet for engaging in
  activities beneficial to their health
• As you Climb the Peaks you earn rewards

How To Participate???

CCCs The Biggest LoserChallenge

• What is CCCs The Biggest Loser Challenge?
• A team based challenge for CCC employees seeking
  to lose weight
• The goal of the challenge is to be the team that
  loses the greatest percentage of weight by May 4,
  2006

CCCs The Biggest LoserChallenge

• How does it work?
• Each team will consist of 4 members
• The challenge starts with an initial
  confidential weigh-in
• All individual participants receive a prize after
  losing their first 3
• Each month the team with the greatest monthly
  weight loss will receive 15 minute massages
• The team with the greatest weight loss as of May
  4, 2007 will receive an award of 400 to be split
  evenly amongst the team.
• The individual with the greatest weight loss will
  receive an award of 100

How To Participate???

• Form a team of 4 people
• Designate a team leader
• Complete and turn in entry form before deadline
  Nov. 2, 2006
• Pay a 5.00 entry fee
• Participate in confidential weigh-ins each month
