Cost Benefit Study Update

• TCA has begun populating GEMAPS to conduct the
  LMP price forecasting.
• TNT reviewed Assumptions Memo at Apr 26 Meeting
• Assumptions were frozen on May 7
• Next meeting, on June 2, will focus on
• identifying backcasting data requirements,
• discussing transition cost study approach

ERCOT Protocol Development

• Drafts to stakeholders on June 4
• Start 1st Round of Review July 6
• Proposed meeting dates are on ERCOT calendar
• Attempted to avoid TAC, WMS, PRS, RMS
• Attempted to leave one open day per week
• Start 2nd Round of Review August 16
• Review by Section
• Comments due approximately 3 days prior to
  discussion, ERCOT staff to consolidate comments
  and distribute 2 days prior to discussion
