• What does providing a service in the
  patients/users language mean?
• Total care.
• You are sincere about providing total care to
  your users.
• Sensitivity to the needs of patients.
• It means that your families, and yourselves,
  receive care in their choice of language...after
  all we are all likely at some stage to need care,
  whether in a clinic or hospital!
• No need to suffer further worry...
• in a strange language!
