Several passages teach clearly that they are the

Some argue that since God does not change, He
therefore did not change His 10 Commandment
covenant.
The Lord had prophesied that the O.T. law was not
going to be permanent. Jer. 3131-34
The New Testament tells us that this had been

The priesthood changed, that meant that the law

Some argue that the Sabbath was instituted to be
observed centuries before Moses and the Law,
therefore the Law and is binding today

The first time the Sabbath was mentioned was in

To the Israelites, the Sabbath was very
significant, for it was a sign between God and
them. Exo. 3113 16-17
It was so that they would remember they were once
slaves, but now they were free. Duet. 515
The penalty for violating the Sabbath was death.
