• The Centre in Poznan has been operating for over
  fifty years. The name of the Centre was changed
  many times and it is still known under its
  previous name Provincial Centre of
  Methodology.
• The Centre in Poznan reports to Self-government
  of Wielkopolska Province

• European Computer Driving Licence ECDL
• Goal
• Training and exams to obtain European Computer
  Driving Licence
• ECDL European Computer Driving Licence is a
  certificate which confirms that its holder has
  successfully passed a theoretical exam in basics
  of IT technology, as well as six practical exams
  to prove his computer skills

• Each teacher speaks foreign languages KaNOn
• Goal
• Enabling teachers of different subjects and
  different levels of education to improve their
  skills by learning new languages or improving the
  ones they already speak.

• 2005 Matura exam (final secondary school exam)
• Teachers are invited to participate in workshops
  preparing them to work with students that will
  pass Matura exam in 2005.

• Goals
• Promoting the idea of serving and helping others,
  and sensivity towards social problems. Breaking
  social barriers.
• Preparation of teachers to intentionally and
  constructively act against social exclusions
• Exchange of experience regarding voluntary
  service and its usage in the pedagogical process
  among teachers
• Preparation of teachers to work in environments
  of non-homogenous structure in terms of
  nationality, cultural background, religion,
  physical and mental abilities
• Creation of an informational centre providing
  information on content relevant educational
  projects undertaken in Wielkopolska

• Building of a provincial support network for
  professional health prevention at schools
• Goals
• Supporting development in a personal and
  institutional dimensions
• Both of the above contexts are regarded important
  for development and growth of the project, as
  well as for all participants after its
  termination
• The network bases on animations and mutual
  support
• The project is run through acquiring different
  people and institutions, their active
  participation in preparation of the programme,
  monitoring and supporting actions they have
  designed themselves
• By these means a distribution of responsibilities
  for preventing dysfunctions and promoting of
  health among youth is achieved, according to
  abilities and needs

• Usage of a Juvenile Legislation Guideline being

  SAFE SCHOOL IN PRACTICE in work with youth at
  risk of demoralization or crime

  cooperation with Provincial Police Headquarters
  and School Superintendents Office in Poznan
