July 2005
During five days (14 -18 July) of Joint
Operations USCGC JARVIS and PRC FLEC vessel ZHONG
GUO YU ZHENG 202 (PC 202) covered over 500 NM.
JARVIS and PC 202 queried vessels and maximized
radar coverage of the high threat area for
Illegal, Unregulated and Undocumented (IUU)
fishing vessels operating in the Pacific Ocean.

enforceable, have teeth, emphasize CFVS
programs.
