Noun
  • A noun is a person, place or thing
  • If the noun is the name of a person it is called
    a proper noun.
  • A proper noun is always capitalized.

Person
  • A noun can be a person
  • Think of any person you know or have seen on T.V.
    They are a considered a noun, and so are you

Places
  • Think of a place you have gone to, or any place
    you want to go.
  • No matter how far, including outer space its
    considered a noun.

Thing
  • Anything that you can show is also a noun
  • Examples A watch, crayon, or eraser

place or thing it is called a proper noun. A
proper noun is always capitalized.
