What is Autism?

• Autism is a life-long condition with no cure
  (yet). It limits your ability to communicate and
  perform simple tasks that we find easy.
• Autism includes both physical and mental issues,
  such as not being able to talk properly.
• Autism can affect anyone, though it appears to be
  more common in boys.
• There is nothing you can do to get autism, you
  are simply born with it, although symptoms dont
  usually appear until around the age of 3.
• There are special schools that accept autistic
  children, such a Foxwood in Hythe.

What can you do?

• We are hosting a Tag Day on the 19th October
  which costs 1.
• 25 of the money will go to the N.A.S. This money
  will then be used to improve the lives of those
  who have Autism.
