  • Changing schedule of yearly maintenance shutdown
    many time and by many person and depend on a lot
    of factors, this change in schedule will affect
    in quality of work , some activity will be
    cancelled , increase in overtime budget and rush

  • As a Steel Structural building fabricator, our
    scope of work includes supply of the following
    to our customer, which is required for the
    construction of a building. This includes supply
    of following fabricated components columns,
    beams, girders, cross Bracing Members, connection
    Bolts, metal Roofing, doors, windows

All problems
  • In my division which is part of my department, we
    need at least 37 employees, either engineers
    or technicians, to do the specified job that
    relate to every one regarding the daily
    activities without pressure. In fact, we have
    only 28 employees and every one has sometimes
    overloaded work because of shortage of manpower.

  • In our department we have about 40 auditors in 4
    divisions. We want to implement a pool strategy
    where we can reshuffle people from one division
    to another to satisfy demand. We, however, face a
    problem of planning manpower throughout a whole
    year. The nature of auditing job requires
    traveling in and out of Kingdom and it becomes
    overwhelming to ask people to travel without an
    early notice. In this sense, a solid plan for the
    whole year can not be made of who will be working
    on this audit or that. (ali)
