4Library Rules
- All students MUST HAVE an Official DHS School
Pass and have an ID to come to the library during
regular class time. - Computers are available for school assignments
ONLY! E-MAIL is not allowed. - Before using the computers at lunch, students
must sign in at the computer with their name,
date, time, teacher, and assignment. - Circulation Periods are 2 weeks for regular books
and overnight for temporary materials. Special
reference materials may be sent to The Learning
Center for after school use.. - Fines will be assessed as follows 0.05 per day
for regular materials and 0.50 per day for
temporary materials and magazines. - Book returns are located at the outside exit door
of the library between the lockers and in the
Library at the Circulation Desk. - A copy machine is available for student use with
a charge of 0.10 per copy. - .
5LIBRARY ETIQUETTE
- No food, drinks, or candy is allowed in the
library. - Please respect the other students who use the
library. - Please be sure to replace materials you take from
the shelves to their proper places or return to
the Circulation Desk. - Please remember that the library is a place for
work and study, not visiting. Keep your voices
quiet. - Please be sure you clean up your work area before
leaving the library. - Â
