What is Leadership?

• Hard to define
• No combination of factors guarantees it
• Recognize good leadership when we see
  itrecognize poor leadership when we encounter it
• Best training doesnt always assure it
• Qualities are universal---poor and rich, common
  folk and brilliant thinkers

  that my father wanted us to learn, the New
  Mexican Spanish of my community, and English at
  School.
