Once there was a firefly named Freddy. Freddy
was friendly and liked to help people.

One day, Freddy went to a special festival called
a fiesta. He rode the Ferris wheel and had fun,
fun, fun!

While he was on the Ferris wheel he watched the
beautiful fireworks display.

Suddenly, he heard someone yelling, Fire! Fire!
When the Ferris wheel stopped to let him off, he
hurried and flew to find out who was in trouble.

When he got there, he found that it was a furry
ferret named Franny. Flames were flickering all
around her.

Just as Freddy turned to fly to find help, five
firemen from the local fire department arrived.

They each pulled out a fire extinguisher to put
out the fire. The fire extinguishers went f-f-f.

After the flames went out, Freddy flew through
the heavy, fog like smoke to light the way for
Franny Ferret. Both were finally safe thanks to
the brave firefighters!
