1-5 Employer URN can be obtained by WSC
Training Provider visits employer to complete
required notification TCHC- TPRA EEBC - TPRN
Info back to brokers via ETS confirmed

and ILP with evidence of start of learning NB To
be used as A3 size
WSC TtG 6Learner Progress Review normally
monthly partners to use own documents if
desired but WSC must have regular updates on
learner status
WSC TtG 6AMid-Stage IAG Review (At least one of
these)
WSC TtG 8Early Leaver / Exit Stage Interview
including evidence of learner achieving copy of
certificate. Evidence of direct claims acceptable
for payment but followed up with
certificate. NB Certificates must be signed as
true copy
WSC TtG 7Individual Learning Record(timesheet)
Payments to be made following start (TtG 1-5 and
referral document) confirmed according to LSC
rules and monthly on receipt of funds from LSC
amount dependent on programme duration and with
verification that learner still on programme
Final payment made when form 8 and evidence of
achievement received
