VTL300 Bundle (Promo) Ordering Guide- Important
points to note

• VTL300 Bundle (Promo) includes dedupe upgrade if
  and when available. This deduplication offer is
  only available for the VTL300 Bundle and is not
  transferable if a VTL300 Bundle system is
  upgraded to a VTL700 or VTL1400.

Important Purchase orders must include only
this bundle and any additional disk shelves to be
used in conjunction with the VTL300 Bundle.
Purchase orders should not include other NetApp
products not related to the VTL sale.
Reason If there is anything else on the order,
we will be unable to recognize the revenue until
dedupe ships. Therefore, ensure
other unrelated items are placed on separate POs.

• Click on the Add System button.

• From the Pick Configurable System window
• Select NearStore Platform VTL

• Click on the Power tab.
• Select Country Power Cord.
• The incomplete flag becomes in-active when a
  Power Cord is selected.

• SupportEdge Services are default.
• PS Implementation Services are mandatory.

• Click on SAVE and DONE Takes you to the MAIN
  QUOTE.
• Click on Edit Service

• Under the Edit Service tab
• Under Level of Services select SupportEdge
  Choice (see note below)
• In Parts Replacement select N/A
• Uncheck Initial Installation
• In Term (Months) select 12
• Click Done Takes you back to the MAIN QUOTE.

• Level of Services You can select a higher
  level of service than SupportEdge (SE) Choice
  such as SE Standard or SE Premium and if you do
  select, your quote would reflect the higher
  charges you would incur for those higher level of
  services and the total List price would exceed
  71,756.

• PS Implementation Services are mandatory. Orders
  without PS Implementation Services will be
  rejected.
• PS Implementation services are limited in scope
  there is no support for backend physical
  tape integration and  limited backup application
  support - refer to service brief for more
  information. If additional integration is
  required, contact your local PS manager.
• If customer selects SupportEdge Premium instead
  of SupportEdge Choice, they will be doubly
  charged for Install, as Install is included
  in both the SupportEdge Premium and PS
  Implementation Services which is mandatory. If
  you do select SupportEdge Premium, Please
  contact your local PS manager to eliminate this
  double charge.
