• MARCH 2007, The INTERSTATE BENEFITS (IB)
  COMMITTEE released the USER GUIDE FOR THE
  COMBINED WAGE CLAIM (CWC) ELECTRONIC (TC) IB6
  FORM STATEMENT OF BENEFITS PAID TO CWC
  CLAIMANTS this may be found on the NASWA
  WORKFORCE ATM site.

• The Workforce ATM Site Mapprovides a listing of
  various sites that may be used to assist you in
  your job.
• But we are looking for the IB-6 USER GUIDE

• Click onto MEMBER SERVICES above the Subject
  Locator Box.
• This brings you to Authentication Required screen
  where it asks for the USER NAME and PASSWORD if
  a member, please complete. If not a member, then
  click on the field for online registration form
  and complete.

• The next screen after sign-in will be the
  Workforce ATM Member Services screen
• Go all the way to the RIGHT and click onto the
  drop down box under committees
• Then click the Interstate Benefits and hit enter

• The next screen is titled Interstate Benefits
  Committee at the top
• At the right is a rectangle titled IB CWC
  INTERSTATE AND COMBINED WAGE PROGRAMS, you need
  to click on this box.

• The next screen is titled Information on
  INTERSTATE AND COMBINED WAGE PROGRAMS. This
  screen give you a listing of different Links and
  Other Resources.
• You want to go to the Other Resources section and
  this is divided into three sections.

• Of the three sections listed, the one you want is
  titled Interstate Connection (ICON) Systems
  and, then go to the second bullet Other ICON
  User Guides click this
• This will take you to Interstate Benefits
  Committee Resources

• On the Interstate Benefits Committee Resources
  you will find different headings
• - look under the heading of Publications
  click on to the bullet headed Now Available New
  User Guide For The Combined Wage Claim (CWC)
  Electronic (TC) IB6 Form-Statement of Benefits
  Paid To CWC Claimants

• This will bring you to a screen with different
  handbooks and user guides in the first
  paragraph you need to click on the underlined
  area that starts User Guide
• Once you have clicked onto this it will bring
  you to the IB-6 User Guide that was approved for
  release by the Interstate Benefits Committee in
  March 2007
