3Executive Summary
- Chatham Middles ABC status for 2006-07 was a
School of Progress and making High Growth! - 69.7 (375) of our diverse student population
performed at grade level.
4EOG SCORES 2006-07 READING
- TOTAL OF 426 STUDENTS
- There was a decrease in 6th (-3.6) and 8th (-.4)
grade from previous year.

- TOTAL OF 301 STUDENTS
- 5th grade saw a drastic decrease of -12.7.
- There was an increase in

- Algebra I class had 100 proficiency

- 274 students made growth in math
- 292 students made growth in reading
- ALL students are expected to make at least a 1
point growth in math and reading. - 7th grade writing scores saw an increase from
27.9 proficient to 46.5 - an increase of 18.6 from previous year.
- 8th grade computer competency testing saw an
increase from 60.7 to 78.4.
