SEZ RESIDENT REQUIREMENTS

• Implementation of projects
• in the Kaliningrad region

• Implementation of investments
• in the form of capital investments

• The amount of capital investments according to
  the presented investment project
• not less than RUR 150 mill. (about 3,3 mill.
  Euro)
• during a period of not more than three years from
  the date of inclusion of a legal entity in the
  register of the SEZ residents.

The capital investments do not include handover
of machines, equipment and transport vehicles
from the companies which operated before the Law
came into force

SEZ RESIDENT REQUIREMENTS
Projects which cant be included in the Register

• extraction of oil or natural gas, or provision
  of services in
• those domains
• production of ethyl alcohol, alcohol products,
  tobacco
• products, and other excisable goods (except
  passenger
• cars and motorcycles) in conformity with the
  list, approved
• by the Government of the Russian Federation
• wholesale and retail trading
• repairs of household devices and personal usage
  objects
• financial activity.

TAX CONCESSIONS
During six calendar years from the day of
inclusion in the register of the SEZ
residents profit tax and estate tax of
organizations at the rate of 0 (zero) .  
From year 7 to year 12 profit tax and
estate tax of organizations at ½ of the rate
all over Russia

REGISTER OF THE SEZ RESIDENTS
58 organizations are registered as the SEZ
residents
over 10,000 new jobs
over 800 million Euro investments
About 500 Euro per month is the average wage
level at the SEZ resident enterprises
