region. Adopted by Council in December 2008 - Objective was to draw-up an e-Government
Framework that COMESA member states can adopt,
based on international best practices - Desk-based Study to produce framework looked at
four countries in the region - 2 were advanced (Egypt Mauritius)
- 2 were start-ups (Kenya Uganda)
