• Request that any newly passed motion that affects
  a committees operating procedure be accompanied
  by suggested updates in the Procedures Manual.
• Operations Committee coordinates the changes,
  pestering people as necessary
• Manual updates can be approved at following
  meeting
• This will make the Procedures manual more of a
  living document.
