The Glass-houses

• At the Glass-houses Jan showed us some elephant
  grass, (miscanthis) before we went in. (elephant
  grass is just like bamboo and is hollow). Jan
  also showed us some different types of seeds.
  After that we planted some Sunflower seeds.

How to grow a Sunflower!

• You will need
• A pot
• Soil
• Yourself (obviously)
• Sunflower seeds

• Method
• Get your pot and fill it with soil.
• 2. Make holes with a stick.
• 3. Now put seeds in the holes.
• 4. Now water them.

Bio-mass BG100 Generator!

• Scott Kirby showed us 3 different things you can
  use as fuel in the Bio-mass Generator. It is the
  first Bio-mass Generator in the world.

What goes into the Bio-mass Generator ?

• The bio-mass BG 100 generator can burn
• Straw
• Miscanthis
• Wood-chip

Where is the Generator ?

• The Generator is within the grounds of Harper
  Adams University Collage. The room with the
  Generator in is made of wood which absorbs the
  sound.

Easter School
We enjoyed the Easter School because we had some
new experiences and met new people and made some
friends. We also learnt a lot and had a fun and
interesting! time. We all had a great time
