At Ulticon Builders Inc., we believe that

communities. Since our founding in 1992 by Carlos
Charlie S. Gonzalez, our President and
Chairman, this vision has guided every step of
our journey. For us, Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) is not simply an
obligationit is an opportunity to drive
meaningful and lasting change. By integrating CSR
into our operations, we contribute to the
socio-economic development of Filipinos,
particularly in underserved regions. Grounded in
our values of integrity, excellence, innovation,
teamwork, health and safety, and care, our CSR
initiatives tackle pressing societal challenges
while fostering growth and inclusivity. From
empowering Indigenous Peoples to aiding
disaster-stricken areas, improving healthcare
access, and supporting education and livelihoods,
Ulticon Builders extends its impact far beyond
construction.

Empowering Indigenous Peoples and Remote
Communities Mindanao, home to Ulticon Builders,
is a region rich in culture and history. Among
its most valuable contributors are Indigenous
Peoples (IPs), who are stewards of its heritage.
Despite their importance, many IP communities
face barriers to basic services and economic
growth. Ulticon Builders Inc. has long been
dedicated to empowering these groups. Through the
Mindanao Indigenous Peoples Conference for Peace
Development, we foster collaboration among
leaders to promote peace and sustainable
development. This program reflects our belief
that long-term success comes from solutions
tailored to a communitys unique needs. We have
also donated to the Ubo Manuvu Agro Forest
Farmers Association, supporting agricultural and
livelihood programs that enhance economic
resilience. Additionally, Ulticon has funded the
construction of school buildings and access roads
in remote areas, ensuring children can pursue
education while connecting communities to larger
economic networks. By ensuring no one is left
behind, Ulticon Builders demonstrates its
unwavering commitment to inclusive progress,
creating opportunities where they are needed
most.

Promoting Health and Well-Being Health and
well-being are essential to community
development, which is why Ulticon Builders
actively supports initiatives that promote access
to healthcare. One of our proudest partnerships
is with Operation Smile, a program that provides
free surgical care to children with cleft lips
and palates. These life-changing interventions
improve not only physical health but also
self-esteem and future opportunities for
children. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Ulticon
contributed significantly to public health by
donating test kits, personal protective equipment
(PPE), and other supplies to hospitals, local
governments, and the Department of Health.
Additionally, we organized a vaccination drive
for our personnel, ensuring their safety while
maintaining project continuity. Our commitment
to health underscores the value we place on
carefor our employees, our communities, and the
nation.

Creating Opportunities Through Education and
Livelihood Education and livelihood development

areas, we have built school facilities that
provide children with safe, conducive learning

development, we fund cooperative programs and
skill-building initiatives that enable
individuals to secure stable incomes. These
projects are designed to break the cycle of
poverty, creating long-term self-sufficiency and

in need.
