In the beginning Ulticon Builders, Inc. already
had a pristine vision in its purpose and in
coming together and building a company. One
particular purpose is to help the local
community. It is with great joy that they have
done so the past 2 
decades.

One way in which UBI, Inc. has been able to aid
the local community is by building
farm-to-market roads. Farm-to-market roads are
roads that connect agricultural areas or even
rural areas to market towns. This is a very
important endeavour since a lot of our countrymen
experience a great big deal of difficulty in
transporting their goods to the markets. Most of
them have to hike long distances which are
dangerous and tedious for them not to mention
threatening to the produce they seek to
sell.

UBI Inc. saw this great need and decided to fund
these projects farm to market roads .   Their
finances or funds come from their own past
projects. Some of the profit from previous
construction enables and paves the way for the
creation of these much needed roads. If need be,
they also seek financing assistance from banks
for farm-to-market roads

• The extent of building roads ranges from about 1
  year or so and about 1-2 years for bridges. The
  duration will also depend on uncontrollable
  variables like the availability of materials,
  weather, and NPA activities.
• Most of the roads they open are the roads where
  there is less civilization. They bulldoze
  mountains so they can help the people bring their
  goods to the market and sell them to improve
  their economy.
• Lesser time travel provides them easier access
  and less expenses in transporting these goods.
  Moreover, they hire locals to help in the
  construction of these roads and bridges. That
  means jobs are being generated and extra income
  are being provided for the community as well.

UBI, Inc. started building farm-to-market roads
21 years ago, on November 27, 1992 to be exact.
Not only was this CSGs birthday but this also
marked the beginning of the fulfilment of their
desire to help. The first farm to market road
was built in Davao Oriental- Mati, Manay and
Comval province. In total, they have spent 10
billion pesos in building these roads in Region
10 and 11 including but not limited to roads in
Bukidnon, Circumferential Road of Samal,
Kapatagan, Lacson Lamanan Calinan and Bansalan.

In generating these roads with intense and
long-term planning, UBI, Inc. has modestly made
it accessible for the farmers and the community
to positively improve their means for the
betterment of our economy.
