1Ulticon Donates Cement for Military Facility
Improvement
2Ulticon Builders Incorporated (UBI), for many
years, has worked hand in hand with the
Philippine government and its military to achieve
lasting peace, security, and development in the
country. In this context on 18 July 2019, UBI
donated three tons of cement for the improvement
of the camp facility of the Eighth Infantry
Dependable Battalion, Fourth Infantry Division,
Philippine Army (also known as the Diamond
Division).
3The facility improvements are expected to improve
the efficiency and effectiveness of the Diamond
Divisions daily operations. Stationed in
Barangay Poblacion, Impasugong, Bukidnon the
division is an extension of the Philippine Army
Infantry units assigned in Northern Mindanao. It
has been tirelessly protecting civilians,
properties, and businesses against the New
Peoples Army, the armed wing of the Communist
Party of the Philippines.
4Grateful to UBI, Lt. Col. Ronald M. Illana,
commanding officer of the Diamond Division,
said We believe the key towards the continued
spread of goodness lies upon those who nurture
goodness in their hearts. Your benevolence will
go a long way. He received the donation from
Mr. Rundolph Joseph C. Lopez, UBI Vice President
of Equipment Services.
5A Quadruple A-licensed construction company
founded and headed by Carlos Gonzalez, UBI has
focused on various infrastructure projects in
less developed provinces in Mindanao. The
company strives to help accelerate the regions
socio-economic progress amid its long-standing
challenging peace and order conditions.
Ultimately, UBI believes that progress can be a
catalyst for peace.
