  • The staffing and recruiting industry has seen its
    fair share of changes over the years. From the
    increasing digital/online nature of the business
    to increased specialization of staffing and
    recruiting firms (by profession, industry, or
    geographic location), it is very different from
    what it used to be.

    COVID pandemic hit and huge numbers of people who
    could not work from home were laid off or
    furloughed.
  • This led to an influx of people trying to get
    work through staffing agencies, but all online
