  • Good health should be a lifestyle. It should be
    something that we do everyday. Good health also
    means our physical, metal, psychological and
    spiritual health. We are looking for people who
    want to be physically fit, emotionally stable and
    socially comfortable. Of course, we each have our
    own idiosyncrasies and personality. No one can be
    happy with tons of friends at all time. But, we
    should strive for a healthy body, mind and soul.
  •  Today we are making a conscious change to adopt

  • 1. Get plenty of sleep
  • Each of us needs at least 7-9 hours of sleep.
    This is the time when our body relaxes, recharges

    achieve this, keep a regular pattern of sleep,
    ensure your bedroom is disturbance free,
    comfortable and calm. Do not watch late night TV

    should all try to wake up early. This is when the

    friends. Exercise is very important for the

    levels, improves our muscle strength, endurance
    and helps the vital functions of our body to work
    properly. You should plan out an exercise
    schedule. Involve a friend or hire a trainer if
    you find yourself falling off the schedule too
    often.  
  • 4. Eat a healthy, hearty breakfast
  • A good breakfast is the fuel we need to start the
    day. People who are engaged in a strenuous

  • Human interaction is essential for our emotional
    and spiritual health. No man can live as an
    island. Spend some time with your family, a
    spouse, children or parents. If they live far
    away, make an effort to call them. Meet your
    friends when you can, chat with neighbour, reach
    out to people.

  • Studies show that late-night dinner results in
    spikes in our triglyceride levels, a type of fat
    found in our blood. It also gives our body time
    to digest before we lie down for our sleep and
    the digestion slows. In short, it makes you
    slimmer and healthier!
