1. School Management and Staff Members ? Teachers
and other staff members (non-teaching staff
members) should try to notice these kinds
of activities in the school premises.   ? The
teachers and other staff members should be given
proper training in bullying involvement, and it's
anticipation and also how to respond in such
kinds of situations.

2. Parents ? Parents should develop an open
relationship with their children so that the
child tells them each and everything. ? They
should maintain a routine to tell "what happened
today" so that parents were aware of the
situation. ? Parents should also give the
counselling to their children up to their level
in a friendly and appropriate manner. ? Parents
should check about the friends' circle of their
children as their children also tend to behave
similarly.

3. Students ? Try to be bold and confident.   ?
If anyone tries to bully you, do not feel scared
and do not shake hands and legs.   ? Be polite
and humble to others.
