- Its a day before you travel and your ticket gets
misplaced or you lost the email that contains the
link to download your e-ticket! What will you do?
Whatever you do, dont panic!
2How to get a lost ticket email back?
- First thing first, if you lost the email
containing the link to download your e-ticket,
you can make a request to resend the ticket to
your email ID registered on the
airline. Generally, tickets are attached as a PDF
file and in case you cant find them or unable to
print it or lost the email, you can simply
contact us and we will help you through it. - The best way to avoid the situation is to print a
couple of copies of your ticket and note the
email confirmation number someplace safe so as if
the situation arises you may be able to tackle it
without any issue. If not, we are 24/7 available
at your service.
3As airlines do have strict rules about the name
on your ID or passport matching with the name on
your ticket, and they may deny you to board the
flight if there are any inconsistencies found. If
you have the ticket with misspelled name that
could be a name/surname/middle name, contact
the ticket customer support number as soon as
possible, but not later than 72 hours before the
original departure schedule of the flight.
