  culminate the learning achieved in the course by
  describing your understanding and application of
  knowledge in industrial/organizational
  psychology. At least four scholarly sources in
  addition to the textbook must be used in writing
  your paper and be cited.
• Focus of the Research Paper
• The paper should demonstrate the application of a
  real-life experience or future scenario by first
  choosing a topic of interest related to
  industrial/organizational psychology addressed in
  the course.

  dynamics, communicating at work, or an
  application of leadership in the workplace.

• The Research Paper
• Must be eight double-spaced pages in length
  (excluding the title page, reference page, etc.)
  and formatted according to APA style as outlined
  in the approved style guide.
• Must include a cover page that includes
• Name of paper
• Student's name
• Course name and number
• Instructors name
• Date submitted
• Must include an introductory paragraph with a
  succinct thesis statement.
• Must address the topic of the paper with critical
  thought.
• Must conclude with a restatement of the thesis
  and a conclusion paragraph.
• Must use APA style as outlined in the approved
  style guide to document all sources.
• Must include, on the final page, a Reference List
  that is completed according to APA style as
  outlined in the approved style guide.
