What is EQOBRUSH?
  • An automatic on line cleaning system for chiller
    condensers and heat exchangers
  • Cleans fouling from piping without shutting down
    the equipment
  • Various cleanings per day avoid any fouling or
    scaling in pipes
  • Energy savings and capacity gains allow an
    earn-back period of less than 6 months

Principles of Operation
  • The automatic valve reverses the water flow in
    the Heat Exchanger every few hours for 30 sec.
  • Nylon brushes (housed in baskets connected to the
    tube ends) are then propelled through the pipes,
    cleaning any scaling or fouling
  • After the reversion the brushes position in
    their baskets, causing no pressure loss
