    crying and getting depressed. You keep asking
    yourself how to deal with a break up and start to
    feel alone and dumped. Breaking up or getting
    dumped is the most painful thing you could
    experience in a relationship. A mutual attraction

    to learn how to deal with a break up. Cry if you
    have to, its alright. Allow yourself to grieve
