• Shakeel Mustafa a resident of Geary street,

  was let down by the trial court for the motion
  filed by him. His former wife Paki S. Mustafa had
  filed a request with the court for dissolution of
  their nine year marriage in the month of July
  2007. Both Paki and Shakeel Mustafa on February
  15, 2008 entered into the stipulation for a
  judgment. Apart from other things the agreement
  covered child support and custody along with any
  visitation to the couple's two children. The
  couple agreed to joint legal as well as physical
  custody, making Paki's home to be their primary
  residence.

  fiduciary duty to him by failing to disclose
  community property asset.

  that her particular account had only a balance of

  suspected that as Paki's mother was still living
  so there might be the chances that she has
  concealed community property funds from him.
