    keep ourselves healthy and yet we follow an
    unhealthy lifestyle.
  • A little effort can keep you healthy for long
    term, below are the few tips

  • Last meal should be light as far as possible.
    Try taking your last meal before 8 P.M.
  • Your lunch should begin with salad while dinner
    should begin with soup.
  • Soups and salads eaten before meals ensure enough
    water content in mouth which in turn helps in
    easy digestion of food.

  • It is essential for your health. Start with walk,
    to jogging at normal speed.
  • After jogging, take 1-2 rounds of fast running.
    This last round will help you in reducing weight
