energy requirements. We specialize in solar panel
installations for homes and businesses and have
done so for many years. We install high
efficiency condensing boilers into existing
houses. These boilers are classified as band "A",
which is the highest possible efficiency. We
supply boilers for gas and for oil and we can
also offer central heating control upgrades in
accordance with the SEAI Better Energy
Programmed. This means that you will be eligible
for a grant if you install solar panel systems,
insulation or a condensing boiler with us.

High efficiency condensing gas boilers
Upgrading your gas boiler to a high efficiency
condensing gas boiler is a great way to make
financial and CO² savings for your house. Gas
boilers need to be changed every 15 years or so,
even with regular maintenance as they have moving
parts, a natural lifespan and in the past 15
years, many engineering updates have been made.
We use Vokèra gas boilers from the UK as they
have a great name and knowledge of gas boiler
applications in Ireland. SEAI are offering grants
of 610 to everyone upgrading to a high
efficiency gas boiler. To receive this grant, you
need to also upgrade your central heating
controls and we can easily perform all this for
you in a day or two.

High Efficiency Condensing Oil Boilers
Upgrading your oil boiler to a high efficiency
condensing type is a great way to make financial
and CO² savings for your house. Oil boilers need
to be changed every 15 years or so, even with
regular maintenance as they have moving parts, a
natural lifespan and in the past 15 years, many
engineering updates have been made. We use Grant
Engineering condensing gas oil boilers as they
have a great name and knowledge of boiler
applications in Ireland and they have the highest
efficiency oil boiler available in Ireland. Grant
have a full range of SEDBUK "A" rated condensing
oil boilers. SEAI are offering grants of 610 to
everyone upgrading to a high efficiency oil
boiler when you also have the compulsory after
works BER cert issued. To receive this grant, you
need to install the high efficiency boiler,
upgrade your central heating controls and have a
BER cert issued for your home after the works are
complete. We can easily perform all this for you
in two days. Grant are one of Ireland's and the
UK's leading manufacturers of quality high
efficiency oil fired boilers. The company has

Why power flush a heating system?
A power flush for a heating system is like a
service for your heating system. When you service
your boiler, you are only looking at the internal
components of the gas or oil boiler. A power
flush will clean the entire heating system,
including the boilers heat exchangers. Cleaning
them, will remove any grime, sludge or lime
build-up which reduces the efficiency of the
entire heating system. Grime on radiators will
cause cold spots and will reduce the amount of
heat that a radiator are let out. Grime in a pump
will cause additional wear and strain on the pump
and will eventually stop it working. This will
stop your entire heating system from operating.
Grime build-up on your boilers heat exchangers
will cause them to output less heat than when
they were new. The power flush chemicals will be
forced around the entire heating system pipe work
and radiators and cylinder and this will get them
shining internally. When we have finished with
the cleaning chemical, we will input a system
inhibitor to your heating system. This will
prevent future build-up of grime, sludge or
lime. A Power flush is not required on all
heating systems, though it can be beneficial for
solving lots of heating system problems.

Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems
The Sentinel Kinetic from Vent-axia is the next
generation of whole house heat recovery
ventilation systems. It will effortlessly remove
your homes polluted air and provide a constant
supply of clean filtered air, allowing you and
your family to live in an ideal indoor
environment. Air Minder Plus is available in two
models F (Filter) and FB (Filter and Summer
Bypass). Sized correctly, it will gently
ventilate the property at a rate of about half an
air change per hour, removing moist air and
unpleasant smells from the kitchen, bathrooms and
toilets and extracting it to the outside.

Why Install A Solar Panel System?

SEAI. This brings the cost down to 4,650. This
will give annual savings of 800 per year for
your house. This equates to a payback of 5.9
years and an annual return on investment (R.O.I)
of 17. Try get 17 R.O.I elsewhere and you'll
find its very hard come by these days. Also,
remember the savings are tax free and fuel bills
will rise by 10 per year. If fuel bills rise by
10, the payback becomes 10 faster!

hot water for free.
Reduced carbon taxes. Carbon taxes are included
in all household bills since 2010. To help reduce
your carbon tax bill, you should install a solar
panel as this will directly impact the carbon
emissions from your home.

High Building Energy Rating (BER). The BER is a
yard stick being used to compare houses in the
same area. Its impossible to achieve an "A"
rating on your BER without the use of a solar
panel. This is because solar panels produce
energy without the need for fossil fuels.
Installing a solar panel will raise your BER and
when it comes to renting or selling your home,
you will be one step ahead of the competition in
your area.
Value - Installing a solar collector will help
increase the saleability or price of your home.
It will be attractive to anyone looking at
purchasing your home as it makes the house

CO² emitted in Ireland. Your Thermomax solar
