• Dont cross your feet
• Dont wrap them around the chair legs
• Keep them comfortably flat on the floor

• Scoot back in your chair
• Sit up tall

• No chicken wings.

Wrists and arms straight.

• Dont bend your wrists up or down.
• Dont type like a girlie-man.
• Hands do not touch the keyboard or the table.
