  • MMS content (200 x 200 pixels max)
  • Development generally compilation and
    development is not overly difficult if you come
    from a web design and development background as
    the media types are almost the same, Gif, Jpeg,
    WAV and text.
  • Obstacles open delivery mechanism and customer
    acquisition are the barriers at the moment.

  • Although already have heavy investment in digital
    content management systems, quite simple to
    extend systems to manipulate content to a
    suitable form for MMS use add on components
    eventually (Documentum, Vignette)
  • But distribution is difficult as methods/business
    models immature
  • Digital rights management restricting aggressive
    entrance and marketing by large media companies
