• Political Landscape of LA/South LA will change
  drastically over the next 5 years
• There is a continuing need to build African
  American/Latino Alliances (on the ground)
• While past electoral projects provide a good
  foundation to build on, there is a need to
  develop more strategic and sustained efforts
• Based on past experiences, a Community/Labor
  Alliance can be a powerful electoral force
