• 1. Securitization is necessary to rally support
  for environmental problems

• 3. Turn The plan deconstructs security by
  expanding what is traditionally considered
  security.

  embrace a constructivist view of the world

Doomsaying on the Aff

• 1. Environmental doomsaying / security are
  necessary to make people care about the cause.
• 2. Scientifically proven if we lose the
  atmosphere, we die.
• 3. This is conservative forces in sheeps
  clothing they want us to ignore the very
  possibility of confronting environmental harms
  because of doomsaying
• 4. They need to provide evidence why its
  doomsaying not just saying it is (ie they
  need to win case defense if they want to win the
  K)
