7A Cry for Help
- we dont have the funding to attract,
compensate or retain staff who are expert in the
computing and training issues - our biggest problem is finding someone who
understands technology but we will NEVER be
able to pay such a person what he or she is
worth

- Technical education and support (software,
hardware, internet, networking, etc., etc.) - Funding and sustainability
