    things.
  • -Martin Luther

  • There is only one true God, and we should be
faithful in all ways of life. Love God with all
your heart the way he loves all of us.

5
  • God created us and gave us all we have and we
should worship him and trust him with our whole
hearts to guide us through life.

in vain
  • The second commandment

  • We should fear and love God, and so we should
not use his name to curse, swear, practice magic,
lie or deceive, but in every time of need call
upon him, pray to him, praise him and give him
    thanks.
  • - Martin Luthers Explanation

Prayer requires more of the heart than the
tongue. - Adam Clarke
Prayer is the way and means God has appointed for
the communication of the blessings of His
goodness to His people. - Arthur W. Pink
Prayer enlarges the heart until it is capable of
containing God's gift of himself. - Mother Teresa
Prayer is not asking. Prayer is putting oneself
in the hands of God, at His disposition, and
listening to His voice in the depths of our heart.
Seven days without prayer makes one weak. -
Allen E. Varlett

help us overcome our fears and live together as
    one under God.

children to come worship and love God as a whole
    body of Church.

16
Honor Your Father and Your Mother
  • The Fourth Commandment

17
  • We should fear and love God, and so we should
not despise our parents and superiors, nor
provoke them to anger, but honor, serve, obey,
    love and esteem them.
  • - Martin Luther

18
  • There are many different ways to fulfill the
fourth commandment Honor Your Father and Your
Mother. And although there are many different
explanations of honor and family, there is one
universal action that shows honoring. This action
is love. Loving your father and your mother is
the greatest thing to do that shows them how much
you respect, adore, and honor them.

and lend a hand to someone in need.

23
  • Human life is sacred because from its
beginning it involves the creative action of God
and it remains for ever in a special relationship
with the Creator, who is its sole end. God alone
is the Lord of life from its beginning until its
