not use his name to curse, swear, practice magic,

Mother. And although there are many different
explanations of honor and family, there is one
universal action that shows honoring. This action

20 You Shall Not Kill
21- We should fear and love God, and so we should
not endanger our neighbors life, nor cause him
any harm, but help him and befriend him in every

destroy it. Instead of using violence, reach out
and lend a hand to someone in need.
23- Human life is sacred because from its
beginning it involves the creative action of God
and it remains for ever in a special relationship
with the Creator, who is its sole end. God alone

26You Shall Not Commit Adultery

to respect the right of others we should not take
money or anything else that does not belong to
us.

trade or by dealing in shoddy wares, but help him

neighbors inheritance or home, not to obtain
them under pretext of legal right, but be of
service and help to him so that he may keep what
