4Complete information - Fields with are
required. Notices will be sent to the email
address entered verify spam blockers will allow
receipt of emails from senders ending in
usda.gov

5After submitting information the system will send
an email notice to ACTIVATE the account. This
must be done within 7 calendar days.
6Last Step Visit your local FSA Office to
complete verification by matching your ID to
data entered. Upon completion, your ID will be
activated and electronic access to FSA will be
available.

8Obtaining Access for Electronic Data Submission
- To participate in electronic reporting to Farm
Service Agency - (FSA ) complete the following
- Recertify using the FSA 1980-38 Lenders
Agreement, dated 7-31-07, which includes the
terms and conditions for lender participation in
electronic data submission. - Ensure that all lender employees who need access
to electronic reporting obtain a Level 2
eAuthentication ID and password. - Designate an employee(s) as a Security
Administrator(s) who will act as a point of
contact with FSA. - The following slides illustrate the
eAuthentication process. Any user who already has
a Level 2 eAuthentication account does not need
to self-register again.
