Process

• Evaluation of application (1-3 weeks)
• Site visit might be needed
• TCEQ coordination (1 week)
• Awarded grant / contracting
• Disposition agreement
• Grant issued by reimbursements (90 days)
• Monitoring and reporting

Selection Criteria

• Local Government
• Diesel powered engine
• Helping reduction in diesel powered emissions (by
  25)
• Location of use
• Cost Emission Reduction Ratio
• Maximum ratio is 10,000 / Ton (NOx)

Funding

• Based on Cost Emission Reduction Ratio
• Up to 80 funding of project
• Regional TERP is an Open Ended program
• No deadline for applications
• Plan to allocate all 5 Million ASAP

• 2010 State TERP should open after fiscal year
• (Sep. / Oct.)
• No notable changes in their program
