(net) up to 61,950 and still qualify Modifies
retirement incentive to the following 3,000 for
a car that is 3 years old or newer 3,000 for a
truck that is 2 years old or newer 3,500 for a
hybrid that is 1 year old or newer Limits total
cost of replacement vehicle not to exceed
