meeting expenses
- Hotels in India charge for the food that they
serve (lunch and tea) on a per person basis. - If the number of attendees exceed 150, they do
not charge any amount for conference facilities. - This is beneficial to the conference as expenses
beyond the threshold become variable expenses
related to the registration count rather than a
fixed expense.
